It may have been a bit of a chilly morning but was well worth attending the Addison Run for Mental Health 5k in Shelburne on April 27^th.  It was nice to see Brady Lynch, Adam Lundquist, Alex McNiven, Andrew Giovanetti, Chris Ross, Haden Bruce from the Central Ontario Reds 18U and Josh McBride from the Voyaguer/Reds 16U as well as Coach Kirby Smith and Coach Dave Blanch participating in such a worth-while cause.  Way to go boys!!!!
