Luca Colella is the 18U player of the week. Luca went 5-9 this past weekend in Ottawa against the 18U Knights team. Luca Notched 3 singles, 1 Double, and drove his first Home Run of the season late in the sixth inning of game 2 on Saturday to tie things up for the Reds. Luca also had 2 runs scored and 2 RBI for the weekend. Luca made 2 relieve appearances as well going 2 innings both Saturday and Sunday. He gave up 0 runs for the weekend, only giving up 1 hit and 1 BB while striking out 2 over 4 innings of work. Great work Luca.
